Come join us at the 8th Annual festival held August 31-Sept. 2, 2012 (Labor Day weekend) in downtown Gatlinburg. Visit the majestic Great Smoky Mountains and enjoy the unique arts of the region at this three day art fair. A $50 ticket provides an opportunity to mingle with artists at The “Night with the Artist Party".  This money is returned as a voucher redeemable at an artist booth of your choice. 

The Gatlinburg Fine Arts Festival is a primary fundraiser for the Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts, the Sevier County Arts Council and the Gatlinburg Boys & Girls Club art program.

Join us at the Hummingbird Festival July 29th

Sunday, July 29, 1 - 5 pm 

 Hummingbird Festival at Ijams Organized by the Knoxville Chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society (KTOS) and Ijams. The festival offers a hummingbird banding demonstration by bander Mark Armstrong, talks by hummingbird experts Bob and Martha Sargent about the tiny birds' life history, and Chris Mahoney about favored backyard plants that hummers love. Free admission to the vendor fair (arts, crafts, food, plants) and bargain barn (new or gently used bird and nature related items); $5 admission to the banding demonstration and indoor talks. Children under six, Ijams and KTOS members free. All proceeds go to KTOS and the Ijams education department. Sponsored by KTOS, Wild Birds Unlimited and Ijams Nature Center. We are planning for the Dogwood Arts Festival studio tour. Artist will have open studios for visitors to watch demonstrations and visit with local artists. Everyone is welcome to come and hang out with us at the studio. April 4 & 5 from 10 am – 5 pm
